Buying a Property

Buying a home is possibly the most expensive and important transaction you will undertake.

If you consult me before signing a purchase contract I will talk you through the purchase procedure, ensuring that you have sufficient funds to cover not only the purchase price  but other search and incidental fees such as stamp duty etc.

I will also discuss with you and advise concerning obtaining termite and building inspections and also, possibly an identification survey.  In most localities I instruct inspectors in whom I have confidence to carry out these inspections and I will  discuss this with you.  I will also conduct, on your behalf, certain searches to ensure you are obtaining a good clear title to the property being purchased.
