Wills
Wills
A Will is a very personal thing in which you are making a decision as to the distribution of your assets on your death. This is a matter to which you should give careful consideration. It is not wise to accept or purchase pre-printed blank wills to be filled in by yourself. It may save a few dollars now, but there are strict rules as to the making of Wills and an error in the making could cause your loved ones unhappiness, delays and expense later.
You must also consider who you wish to appoint as your executor. An executor is the person who carries out the wishes contained in your will and who attends to all the legalities associated with your estate.
You may have intended beneficiaries who are young and for whom you wish to establish a trust.
You may wish to make a bequest to a charity.
